A scheduled group education program comprising six modules facilitated by Dr Anna Clark. Designed to equip early career doctors with foundational leadership knowledge, self-awareness and practical strategies to confidently guide teams, coordinate care and collaborate across multidisciplinary settings in everyday clinical practice, it will also prepare you to step into formal leadership roles in the future. To ensure interactive learning, cohorts contain a maximum of 10 participants.
